Free teardown · 5 per week
We record a 10-minute walkthrough of your store, show you exactly where revenue is leaking, and hand it over. No call, no pitch, no obligation — the video is yours either way.

Takes about 60 seconds. We cap these at 5 per week, so we can actually look properly.
No call booked, no card, no follow-up sequence. Just the video.
What we actually review
We go through your store the way a buyer does — on desktop and on a phone — and stop where the money stops.
Whether the page closes the gap between interested and certain: proof, objections, imagery, and the buy box itself.
How quickly a first-time visitor can get from landing to the right product without giving up.
Every field, surprise cost, and extra step between wanting it and paying for it.
Usually most of your traffic and the worst experience — tap targets, sticky buttons, form behaviour, load order.
What's slowing the first meaningful paint, and which apps are quietly taxing every page.
Whether your analytics can even tell you where the drop-off is — because most stores can't.
What happens next
Your store URL, your revenue range, and anything you already suspect is broken.
60 seconds
Mazhar goes through the store personally, desktop and mobile, as a buyer would. This is never delegated.

Yours to keep
We go deeper — inside your analytics — and build the full prioritized roadmap, free. Two of those a week.

The obvious question
Most agencies open with a deck about themselves. We’d rather open with three things you can hand to your developer this week. If the teardown is useful, you already know whether we’re worth hiring — no persuasion required.
Five teardowns a week, and only for stores doing $50K+/month. Not scarcity theatre — each one is watched and recorded by hand, and that’s genuinely how many fit in a week alongside client work.
Then take it and leave. Some brands do, and that’s fine — the video is yours, including if you hand it straight to another developer. The ones who stay are the ones we’d want to work with anyway.
Who this is for
At that level you have enough traffic and enough orders for conversion work to be the highest-leverage spend you can make. Below it, the honest answer is usually traffic first — and we’ll tell you that rather than take the project.

FAQ
Not for the teardown — that’s done entirely from the outside, the same way a customer sees your store. Access only comes up later, if you want the full prioritized roadmap, because that one is built inside your analytics.
There’s no call at all. You get a link to a recorded video. If you want to talk after watching it, you reply; if you don’t, nothing happens. No sequence, no calendar link, no follow-up campaign.
Mazhar does, personally, every time. It’s never handed to a junior or a tool — the whole point is that you’re seeing the judgement you’d be hiring.
Both are fine. Plus stores are where most of this work happens anyway, and headless builds just shift where the friction hides. Mention it in the form so we know what we’re looking at.
Automated audits check technical boxes — page speed scores, missing alt tags, meta descriptions. This is a person watching your store fail to sell something and explaining why. Very different output.
