Who this is for

At your volume, conversion work shouldn't be a project that ends.

Above $500K a month, a single point of conversion is worth more than most agencies charge in a year — and the compounding comes from never stopping. Partner is a standing cycle: find the next opportunity, build it, measure it, report it, repeat.

What’s included

A cycle, not a task list.

Partner isn’t a retainer for whatever lands in the queue. It’s a repeating loop with a defined output every month.

The top rung, and deliberately limited to three brands at a time so each keeps real capacity rather than a fraction of someone’s week.

How it runs

A month, repeated.

01

Prioritize

Each cycle opens by re-ranking the backlog against what last month’s numbers showed.

02

Build

The agreed items are built, reviewed, and shipped inside the month.

03

Measure

Changes are measured against the metrics agreed at the start, not chosen afterwards.

04

Report and reset

You get a written report, then the next cycle’s priorities are set together.

Three-month minimum, because one month isn’t long enough to test anything honestly. After that it runs month to month — no long lock-in, and no penalty for stopping when you’ve got what you needed.

FAQ

Questions about Partner.

Because a single month can’t answer anything honestly. A change needs time to gather enough data to be believed, and a cycle that resets every four weeks produces activity rather than results. Three months is the shortest window where the numbers mean something.

Capacity, stated plainly. Each Partner brand gets real hours and a direct line — that only works at a small number. When all three are taken, the honest answer is a waitlist rather than a fourth slot and thinner attention for everyone.

No, and be sceptical of anyone offering that. Partner buys a defined monthly cycle with agreed priorities. If something urgent lands mid-cycle you get first call on capacity — but the backlog is shared and visible, so nobody’s guessing what’s getting built.

After the initial three months it runs month to month. Give notice and we hand over cleanly — documentation, the backlog, and what we’d do next. No exit fee, no held hostage credentials.
