The terms that apply when you use this website, request a free teardown, or work with us. Plain language, no traps.
Last updated: 23 July 2026
This website is operated by Ample Code, a Shopify conversion, UX and development practice. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Ample Code. Where they say “you”, they mean anyone using this website or requesting something through it.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.
[Insert registered business name and address here once your entity is formed.]
You may read, share and reference the content here freely. You may not:
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
The writing, design, structure and frameworks on this site belong to Ample Code, except where stated otherwise.
Brand names, logos and trade marks belonging to the brands featured in our case studies remain the property of those brands. They appear here to describe work we have carried out, not to imply endorsement, partnership or any ongoing relationship unless we say so.
Where results are shown, they describe outcomes on specific projects at specific times. They are not a promise of similar results for anyone else — ecommerce outcomes depend on product, market, traffic, pricing and plenty of things outside anyone’s control. If a brand featured here would prefer not to be, contact us and we’ll remove it.
We offer a free store teardown, and a free prioritized roadmap for qualifying stores. These terms apply to both:
Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a quotation. Prices shown are indicative of typical engagements and give you a realistic sense of cost before any conversation.
Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timelines, payment terms, ownership and confidentiality. Where that agreement and these website terms differ, the agreement wins.
We take conversion work seriously and measure it honestly, which includes reporting the changes that don’t work. What we can’t do is guarantee a specific increase in conversion rate, revenue or any other metric, and we’d be sceptical of anyone who does.
Content on this website is provided for general information. It isn’t professional advice for your specific situation, and you shouldn’t rely on it as the sole basis for a business decision.
This site links to third-party websites and tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, practices or privacy policies. A link isn’t an endorsement.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t lawfully be limited.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows: we provide this website “as is”, we don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of it.
Liability relating to paid work is dealt with in the written agreement for that work, not here.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. This doesn’t affect any mandatory consumer protections you may have where you live.
Agreements for paid work may specify a different governing law, agreed with the client at the time.
We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
