What we do
Conversion, development, and retention work for DTC Shopify brands. None of it sold à la carte — every service is scoped inside a program, so what you buy is an outcome rather than a task list.

How this works
Most agencies hand you a price list and let you assemble a project. It sounds flexible, and it produces two problems: you end up buying tasks nobody has tied to a number, and every conversation afterwards becomes a negotiation about scope.
We work the other way round. The free teardown finds the leaks, the free roadmap ranks the fixes by revenue impact, and then a program is scoped from that. The services below are what the work is made of — which ones your store actually needs is a question the roadmap answers, not a pricing page.
The services
Grouped by what they’re for. Each page explains the work, the proof behind it, and which programs include it.
Work aimed directly at the percentage of visitors who buy — and what they spend when they do.
Finding where a store loses revenue and fixing it — product pages, navigation, cart, checkout, and mobile — measured against conversion rate, average order value, and revenue.
+$6.4M generated for one supplement brand
A structured review of the entire buying path, with every finding ranked by revenue impact against the effort to fix it. Ours is free: a teardown in 48 hours, then the full roadmap.
Free · 5 teardowns per week
Structured experimentation where traffic supports it — and honest advice where it doesn't. Tests designed around revenue questions, not cosmetic preferences.
240+ tests for one brand · 37 across 15 funnels for another
Every field, surprise cost, and extra step between wanting it and paying for it. Including checkout extensibility work on Shopify Plus.
Checkout rebuilds for Luma, Days, TYR and quip
The foundation everything else runs on: platform, code, speed, and custom functionality.
Magento, custom platforms, and ageing Shopify builds moved onto Shopify Plus — including subscription data, multi-market setups, and ERP integrations, without downtime.
8 migrations · 15+ markets live for one brand
Custom themes, bundle builders, product configurators, and the technical work behind a store that has to scale rather than just launch.
Custom builds for Bio&Me, Hippeas, CleanCo and Sunnamusk
Theme architecture, asset delivery, and app load — the work that makes pages render faster and stops buyers leaving before they see the product.
+27% page-load speed for one brand
Public and private apps, built against the Shopify API with checkout integration, webhooks, and ongoing maintenance as the platform changes.
Two public apps shipped to the Shopify App Store
The work that decides whether a first purchase becomes a second one.
Recharge, Skio, Stay.ai, and native subscriptions — making recurring purchase feel like a choice rather than a trap, and migrating subscription data when platforms change.

Where the services live
Every service above is delivered inside one of these. The roadmap decides which ones your store needs — you never assemble a cart.
For brands doing $50–150K/month
The highest-impact fixes from your roadmap, built and measured.
For brands doing $150–500K/month
Everything in Foundation, plus the deeper work that compounds.
For brands doing $500K+/month · 3 slots
An ongoing test, build, and report cycle across every service.
Outside the ladder
Two of the services above don’t fit a fixed rung, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. A Magento replatform with ERP integration and 15 international markets isn’t the same shape of project as a conversion sprint — and neither is a public Shopify app.
For those, we scope and quote against what the work actually involves. Same principles apply: a fixed price agreed before anything starts, one team, and no hourly meter.
By category
What we fix depends on where your category loses money. These pages show what that means in practice.
Subscription flows, ingredient trust, and the repeat-purchase loop.
Bundles, shipping objections, and fast mobile checkout.
Shade and routine selection, ingredient proof, and the reorder loop.
Sizing confidence, returns anxiety, and browse-to-cart drop-off.
FAQ
Not as a standalone line item, no. Every service is delivered inside a program, because buying a task without tying it to a number is how agencies end up shipping work nobody can evaluate. What you can do is start with the free teardown — if the answer turns out to be one focused piece of work, Foundation is scoped exactly for that.
You don’t have to guess, and you shouldn’t have to. The free roadmap is built inside your analytics and ranks every fix by revenue impact against effort. Which services that implies is an output of the diagnosis, not something you pick from a page.
Rarely, and deliberately. We don’t run paid ads, manage email or SMS campaigns, produce content, or handle brand design. Being adjacent to those is useful; pretending to be good at all of them is how agencies get worse at the thing they were actually good at.
That’s one of the two services quoted separately, and it’s completely normal to need it on its own. Same for app development. We scope those against the actual work rather than forcing them into a rung that doesn’t fit.
Effectively, yes. Eight years and 173+ stores are almost entirely Shopify and Shopify Plus, including migrations onto the platform. That focus is why we can move quickly — we’re not learning your stack on your budget.
Often, and it’s some of the most effective work we do. We take the conversion side, your developer keeps building features, and we agree who owns what before starting — which is what stops changes colliding and nobody knowing whose broke the number.
