Conversion

Shopify CRO measured in
revenue, not opinions.

Finding where your store loses buyers who already wanted to buy — then fixing it, and proving the fix worked. This is the core of what we do.

+$6.4M for one supplement brand+49% conversion for one beauty brand8+ years

The problem

You're already paying for the traffic. Most of it leaves.

A store converting at 1.8% is not converting at 2.4% because of price, product, or luck. Something in the path between landing and paying is stopping people who had already decided they were interested — and that something is usually fixable in days.

Conversion work is the cheapest revenue available to a brand doing $50K+ a month, because you’ve already paid the acquisition cost. Every point of conversion rate is margin you don’t have to buy twice.

What the work involves

What Shopify CRO actually involves.

Not a checklist we run on everyone — the specific work is scoped from your roadmap. But it concentrates in these places.

FAQ

Questions about Shopify CRO.

Anyone who answers that before looking at your store is guessing, and you should treat the number accordingly. What we can tell you is what we found on stores like yours, and what those fixes did — which is what the free teardown and roadmap are for.

A redesign changes how a store looks and hopes revenue follows. CRO changes specific things for specific reasons and measures whether revenue actually moved. Sometimes the answer is that a page needs rebuilding — but that’s a conclusion, not a starting point.

For A/B testing, yes — below a certain volume you’re reading noise rather than results, and we’ll tell you that instead of running a test that can’t conclude. Plenty of high-impact CRO work is well-evidenced enough to ship without a test.

Then we say so, explain what the data showed, and what we’d try next. Conversion work is measured, and that cuts both ways — which is precisely why it’s worth doing.

Yes. Most of this work happens on Plus, and headless builds just move where the friction hides. Mention your setup in the teardown request so we know what we’re looking at.
