What cookies this site sets, what each one does, and how to turn off the ones that aren’t essential.

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to function. Others help the owner understand how the site is being used. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels, scripts — work in comparable ways, and this policy covers those too.
These make the website work and can’t be switched off. They handle things like security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie preferences so we don’t ask on every page.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and where people leave. This tells us how many people visited a page, roughly where they came from, and what they did next. It doesn’t tell us who you are.
These only run if you accept them. Decline, and no analytics cookies are set.
If you open the call booking tool, our scheduling provider may set cookies needed for it to function. That only happens if you interact with it.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You can change that choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser and reloading — the banner will appear again.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser has a privacy or cookies section. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working properly.
If you’d rather Google Analytics never tracked you on any website, Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on that handles it globally.
Some cookies are set by services we use rather than by us directly — currently our analytics provider and, if you use it, our booking provider. We don’t control how those companies use the data they collect, and their own privacy policies apply alongside ours.
If we add or remove tools that set cookies, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
