How a UX audit lifted Days Brewing's conversion 44%.

An alcohol-free beer brand already performing well, carrying inefficiencies that weren’t visible until the data was read properly.

Speed and responsiveness improved

The challenge

The site wasn't broken. It was quietly leaking.

Days Brewing had a strong identity and a growing customer base, and the store was already converting reasonably. That made the problems harder to see: low engagement with product navigation, inconsistent messaging and calls to action, and visual clutter obscuring what the products actually did for the buyer.

The subscription offer was underused across product and cart, and performance data pointed to headroom in speed and responsiveness — particularly on mobile, where most of the traffic was.

What we did

Read the behaviour, then remove what's in the way.

A UX and data audit came first, using behavioural insight and analytics to find friction before anything changed.

The results

+44% conversion rate.

With order value up and the mobile experience no longer working against the buyer.

The takeaway

A store that's performing well is the hardest kind to improve, because nothing looks wrong. The behaviour data showed what the interface didn't.
