How a testing programme added $5.4M a year for Twillory.

A menswear brand with strong traffic, a solid product, and a website that had never been optimized through consistent testing.

The challenge

Traffic was arriving. It just wasn't converting efficiently.

Twillory is known for performance-driven dress shirts and modern workwear, with an established presence and steady traffic. But the site had never been through a structured CRO process — interface components were dated, and improvements happened by opinion rather than evidence.

Two gaps stood out. First-time visitors couldn’t quickly tell what made the brand different, so time on site wasn’t translating into orders. And there were almost no mechanisms for increasing order value once someone had decided to buy.

What we did

Audit, replace, test, repeat.

Interface components were improved gradually rather than in one rebuild, with each change tested before it stayed.

The results

$5.4M in new annual revenue.

With $455K of it arriving inside the first 90 days — early wins that funded the rest of the programme.

The takeaway

Strong traffic and a good product are not a conversion strategy. The revenue was already in the building — it took a testing programme to let it out.
