The challenge
All three brands were on Magento, which no longer met enterprise needs — performance struggled, updates were inflexible, and the checkout experience carried friction across every store.
Managing a large catalogue across three brands added complexity with every update. Each brand needed its own identity while aligning under the Novus umbrella, and the backend needed real-time data sync and better email capability.
